When you submit a request, your details are pre-filled into a WhatsApp message sent to our agent. By submitting the form, you consent to this data being transmitted via WhatsApp to facilitate your exchange.

Request data is retained for 90 days for dispute resolution purposes, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us on WhatsApp.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Do not share sensitive financial credentials (bank passwords, OTPs) with our agents — they will never ask for these.
